Cancellation Policy
A 50% (of the appointments booked) cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment. A 100% (of the appointments booked) cancellation fee will be charged for all no call/no shows! If you have not shown up within 15 minutes of your appointment starting time, your appointment is automatically cancelled and you are considered a no call/ no show and 100% fee is applied. Amount can be paid in cash, check or card. Client cannot book future appointments until balance is paid! Not confirming your appointment does NOT cancel your appointment!
